- 2 cups sprouted short brown rice
- two tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 pounds chuck roast, cubed and at room temperature
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- four medium carrots, julienned

- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
